Establish Quality Control and Testing Procedures At iPixel LED Light Co.,Ltd, quality control is built into every step—from incoming material inspection to in-process control and final outgoing inspection. We implement standardized test plans, use calibrated testing equipment, and keep traceableinspection records to ensure consistent optical performance, reliability, and compliance for OEM/ODM applications across different industries.Quality System Overview (IQC–IPQC–OQC) We manage quality through a closed-loop system: - IQC (Incoming Quality Control): inspect key raw materials and critical components before production. - IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): control key process parameters and conduct inspection at critical steps. - OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): verify appearance, electrical safety, optical performance, and functional stability before shipment. - Reliability Verification: conduct application-oriented reliability tests based on product type and target market requirements. - Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA): analyze nonconformance, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness. - Traceability: maintain batch/lot traceability and inspection records for consistent long-term quality.
IES Photometric Test (Goniophotometer)
The IES photometric test is used to verify optical performance, including luminous intensity distribution, CCT consistency, and beam characteristics. This helps ensure stable lighting effects across batches and provides datasupport for engineering validation. Test results are recorded and reviewed as part of our quality and R&D verification process.
IP65/IP66 Waterproof Test (Ingress Protection)
For products requiring ingress protection, we conduct waterproof testing to validate sealing performance and durability under simulated conditions. This verification supports stable performance for applications exposed to moisture, cleaning, or outdoor environments. Test results are documented for internal validation and customer reference when needed.
AOI Inspection (SMT Quality Control)
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) is an advanced inspection method used in SMT production to identify soldering defects, polarity issues, missing components, and alignment problems. It improves inspection efficiency and reduces defect escape, supporting consistent product quality in mass production.
Integrating Sphere Test (Luminous Flux & Color)
The integrating sphere test is used to measure luminous flux, color coordinates, and consistency across LED products. By monitoring key optical parameters, we ensure stable brightness and color performance for OEM/ODM projects. Test data can be used for internal control and customer verification depending on the project requirements.
